AD's and night waking       03/25/06 06:54 AM Edit Reply Quote Serenity64 Reged: 09/02/05 Posts: 68 Loc: Illinois Hi, I am in the early stages of taking Sarafem, so this may be a side affect that goes away, but I was wondering if anyone else experienced this. I wake up at 2:45 am every night and can't go back to sleep until about 4:00. I just hate it. I really need my sleep! Does anyone know if it would help to take it at night instead?
