oil capsules?       03/24/06 05:36 PM Edit Reply Quote Su Reged: 10/04/03 Posts: 134 Loc: VA I have been wondering if I should add an oil capsule supplement to my daily diet.I am mostly eating a very low fat diet.My skin is very dry,all the time.I am IBS-C,and I often notice when I splurge and have a meal w/more fat than I usually eat,I am most likely to have better bowel function the next day.Also I think I have read that it's important to have a certain amt. of oil in your diet.I think the article I read said to use fish oil capsules.
