I started off very slowly as well with the diet and acacia. I didn't add berries or chocolate for a few weeks at least. The acacia I started with 1/2 measuring teaspon twice a day. Worked my way up by adding 1/2 teaspoon (total per day) each 3-5 days.
Sorry to hear you aren't doing better yet Jo! Keep being patient, and try to back off a few foods for a little while. Kat
