I previously had gotten up to 12 grams of Acacia a day...divided between the 3 meals, but I was real gassy/bloated. My doctor told me that SFS can be very problematic for IBS folks...so he told me to stop and put me on Miralax. I still fear eating food without any SF beforehand,,,so I'm keeping that one or 2 grams just for luck?
