Try making a new post when you're on the main IBS diet board screen. Put a catchy phrase that's related to your topic in the subject box so that people know what you are inquiring about. Also, yes lettuce is insoluble fiber, so you have to make sure to incorporate it with alot of soluble fiber in your meal OR eat it as a salad at the end of your meal. And, as far as orange juice....i'm not completely sure, but I know it has a lot of acidity in it, which can be bad for IBS-ers.
