Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

I just got back from a beautiful trip up the coast of California. We drove from San Diego all the way up to Napa Valley along route 1. I am happy to report that #1- I stayed attack-free the entire trip, even after the wine tastings in Napa Valley *hiccup*. #2--I found not one, but 2 places in Northern Cali that serve soy cheese on their pizza!!! As a joke, I said to my husband that I bet I'd find a pizza place that serves soy mozzarella. Then, we ended up at a pizza place that had a soy mozzarella pizza--the place was Amici's and it was near the ball park. Then, we stopped for lunch coming back from Point Reyes and there is a town the size of the ball park in San Fran :-) that had one little cafe that served a pizza with soy cheese!! It was the cafe in Inverness, CA. This was so weird. I figured that we'd order pizza at least once on our trip and that I'd just have to ask for it with no cheese. Kudos to Northern CA for their soy cheese pizzas!!
So, if you ever visit San Fran or live near any of these areas, I suggest you check it out!
