But honestly, I don't think anyone knows for sure how bananas will affect a person's ability "to go". For me, they constipate me! I'm an IBS A and they are just terrible for me. As for my dad and brother (who don't have IBS), a banana makes them go! I guess it just depends on the person...but I hate how you hear one thing and then the other!
