How long is it safe / healthy / normal to be constipated before doing something about it? We're waiting for a delivery of Heather's Acacia product, and until it arrives, we don't know what to do about the constipation. Any advice about how long to wait until taking care of the C with other products? Any suggestions about the products that are the least aggressive but effective?
