I haven't had this problem, but I was wondering if you have tried taking Imodium before having intercourse? Loperamide/Imodium is said to strengthen anal sphincter tone - so maybe this would help. I'm thinking maybe 1 caplet beforehand would be enough, without making you constipated. What type of IBS do you have? A, C, D? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
