So, I've heard Heather and others talk about building up a tolerance to Soy to where it won't cause gas anymore. Is it the same with whole wheat? I miss Whole Wheat bread soo much, but right now I can't eat it without getting major gas. Does it work the same way .. if I introduce it slowly, could the gas possibly start to subside? Or is it different with Whole Wheat?
