I have trouble with certain foods like you meantioned but am also with no real pain. I have started to take Metamucil once a day before bed and that helps with the bathroom thing in the morning. I am also afraid to go on long drives and to social things, but I hope by stating yoga I can help calm myself to enjoy these things again. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
