Re: Sweet Potato and a small side dish       03/07/06 10:22 AM Edit Reply Quote Draupadi Reged: 07/16/05 Posts: 218 Loc: Santa Cruz, California Hey Beth, I love to put Earth Balance vegan buttery spread on my sweet potatoes (it tastes just like butter!) and if I'm in the mood, I'll sprinkle a little cinnamon on it. I often eat salads with my sweet potatoes, but many people can't tolerate them...I suggest some kind of grilled lean protein (like tofu or chicken) and something leafy green, which you can cook or puree if you like.
