drinking with meals       03/03/06 11:21 AM Edit Reply Quote jenny833 Reged: 11/05/05 Posts: 273 this is a silly question, but are you supposed to drink with meals? i heard that fluids can dilute your stomach acid thereby resulting in less efficient digestion. i always drink about 30 min or so after eating and am wondering if thats why i'm always constipated.
