ive tried the miralax too but didnt find it very helpful to me. i kind of felt like an empty tube of toothpaste, if you know what i mean! you are a C then i take it? what's digestive advantage?? i know ive heard of it and considered it b/c it seemed like a really nice approach to treating C and other problems. have you ever tried psyllium? i currently take that--along with the acacia. neither i notice provide me with any type of expected BM. more often i just have them b/c eventually i have to. let me know what digestive advantage you are taking and how it helps. i would love to find some new options instead of what im stuck on
