I would book my seat in the back of the plane, where most planes have a bathroom, and also get an isle seat for a quick get-a-way. If you are unsure about the layout of the plane, I would check with the airline. If you find yourself with a plane change that does not have the restroom near your seat, ask the ticekting agent or a flight attndant to switch with someone to accommodate your needs. Also, bring your own toilet tissue and perhaps some wipes, as the stuff they have on planes is sold at Lowes for sandpaper, as well as a small bottle of pump (aerosol cans may not be allowed on the flight) air freshener in a scent you like.

Also, if you will be changing planes, it helps to book a longer layover than you might normally. This will lesson the stress of getting from A to B as you can take your time, and you can take a longer bathroom break on the firm ground.

One time, I was starting to have an attack on a plane, and as soon as the flight crew were allowed to walk around, I explained (quietly) that I was not feeling well and needed the restroom and they let me get up without any questions.

And, finally, never ever eat anything they give you on the plane--bring your own safe snacks. Bring along some tea bags that calm you and just get some hot water from the beverage cart.

This would also probably be a great time to listen to the hypnosis tapes!
