My doctor told me to see what happens if I avoid bread products, and my nutrionist has always said to minmize bread to once a day.
Heather's diet has little to say in regards to avoiding bread, which as well confuses me.

I've been told and read, bread can cause constipation, at the same time, when I eat Graham Crackers, Dinner Rolls, and Bread, my stomach has reduced bloating, but when I have say a Ciarbretta or a strachy bread, I feel more constipated, maybe due to the insoluable content?

I'm confused and too would like clarification, because being able to eat bread helps with dieting so much, particulalry with snacks and adesert.
Otherwise, I'd be too hungry and rarely able to enjoy sweets.

Is too much bread or sugar bad, or should we not worry about these, focusing on dairy, redmeat, and fat?
