HEY ALL,

Lately I've had 2 deli meats (both of which I bought at a healthfood store and are organic) Anyhow, neither of them worked. I got D the very next day after eating them. I noticed that they had one thing in common...an ingredient called CARRAGEENAN...DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS IS A PROBLEM FOR OUR IBS????

I also FINALLY found a cheese that tastes very good (according to my friend) the brand is "Tofruti" (in slcies)...BUT although it's VEGAN and all the ingredients are safe and mainly Tofu and Soy..I noticed that darn CARRAGEENAN ingredient is also in this cheese so I'm afraid to try it. ANY THOUGHTS??????
