I am still so confused about whether or not my positive antibody test is telling me something is not right with eating gluten. The doctors all give me different advice on whether or not eating gluten will effect my GI system. I'm afraid if I eat it, I will never have a chance of feeling stablity.
How are you doing eating wheat products? Aren't you concerned that you did have positive antibodies....don't you wonder why we have those? Don't they mean something?
I know you can't tell me what to do...but I was wondering how you let go of the fear and came to the decision, for yourself, that it was okay to eat wheat and other gluten foods despite your positive antibodies. You're doctor truly believes that these antibodies mean nothing? I tested positive 3 times...so I know it wasn't a false positive....but I've also read on here that other GI problems can cause the positive antibodies.
How are you doing? And how do you come to peace without always questioning putting gluten into your body?
I feel like my whole life is spent in limbo and I just want to know for sure what I should be doing...but noone can tell me. I like definitive answers....and the doctors don't seem to be able to give me one. I am going nuts over this. I wish I never had the stupid test!
