Tummy Fiber in Gatorade

I just wanted to share one way I get my soluble fiber, especially when I'm not feeling well. I buy packs of 20 oz. bottles of Gatorade. I take a few swigs out of one, then add two teaspoons of Tummy Fiber, shake it real good, let it sit for a minute, and shake it again. I just sip on this all day. It keeps me hydrated and helps me get some extra calories when I'm having a hard time eating, and I find it to be better than juice because it's lower in sugar and isn't as acidic, so it doesn't bother my acid reflux. I usually go through about two a day, so I get a good 8 grams of fiber in me throughout the day. Hope this is helpful to someone else out there.
