Before asking for an Anti-anxiety or anti-depressant, have you been adding back enough insoluble fibre to your diet, and how long have you actually been on the diet? In your post, you said you do exercise, but have you tried Yoga? It's very relaxing. Also, have you tried taking probiotics? I'm an A so I get both C and D, and I found that it helped a lot.
