I personally can have small amounts of cheese. Mozzarella is made with part skim milk, so it is usually a good choice, as well as parmesan--which is lower in fat. I still eat pizza with cheese, but I ask for very light on the cheese. Usually it doesn't bother me. If I have cheese with other high fat foods, then it is bad. Remember that triggers are different for everyone. I had a small cup of yogurt with lunch and I just ate a frittata with a little bit of mozzarella in it for dinner and my stomach is still happy
