Digestive Enzymes? Papaya enzyme?       02/19/06 03:14 PM Edit Reply Quote AmberBoBamber Reged: 12/05/05 Posts: 120 Loc: California Does anyone take anything like this. Today I was at the health food store and saw papaya enzyme. It said it aids in digestion after eating. But a lot of them were chewable tablets made with mannitol or sorbitol or other things that didn't seem so IBS safe. Anyone have any personal experience? Or would you just say to stick w/ my peppermint cap before eating and tea after eating? I have to say, I think I'm doing rather well these days, just thought I'd research papaya a bit.
