What can I eat after colonoscopy?       02/17/06 09:13 PM Edit Reply Quote heavenlee Reged: 01/13/04 Posts: 79 I just did my first colonoscopy this morning. It wasn't bad at all. Thank you everyone for your advice! But, now what can I eat? I have been feeling really gassy all day. The Dr. said that I can eat soft, bland food. Not sure what kind of food that includes.
