Re: new medicines       02/17/06 06:47 PM Edit Reply Quote Augie Reged: 10/27/04 Posts: 5807 Loc: Illinois the only meds I know that is approved for constipation is Miralax or Lacoluse. both are osmotic laxatives, but safe to use everyday without a time limit. I'm taking Miralax now, and it really cleans you out! I was so C...and now I usually have to cut the dose of Miralax because one dose a day is too much. But, having said that, I hate taking Miralax.
