hi everyone,
so i know that onions can be a big no-no since they are a gas causing veggie. i have plenty of gas,so I do not want to risk eating them and feeling worse. I was thinking about cooking a dish with them, but then removing them before eating the meal. this way i'm only eating the flavor they leave, and not the actual onion. does the flavor they leave on food while being prepared/cooked cause gas? or is it just eating the onion mass itself that causes the gas? maybe that is a dumb question, but i'm just being paranoid...i really don't want anymore gas!

thanks!!!!
