I recently went off it. Boy, was that a mistake! I got very bad IBS-C when I went off it, the only think that would help me was laxative to go to the bathroom. Now I just started back on it, but would hate to have to take it the rest of my life because of my IBS. But, I guess it is better than having all the pain I had when I was off it.
