Ask for MARGARINE on the side. Burger King has a yummy BK Veggie burger that it delicious. I have no problems eating it. I get that with a baked potato and I'm STUFFED! McDonald's has their Oriental Chicken Salad which is safe for me, but you need a soluble fibre buffer to go with it and they don't really have anything.
