I have had IBS for 20 years-does anyone else experience left side pain that radiates to the back/kidney area; but is relieved after BM and some heat on the area? Before the BM, it feels like I can;t even tie my shoes or bend to the left side because the left side hurts -the colonoscopy showed torqued colon on the left side...I just started taking Acadia fiber, yesterday, but I have to admit fiber usually binds me up even worse. My gastro Dr. says there is nothing wrong with my colon! I am frustrated - I have had many other tests that have come back normal, upper GI, colon, ultrasound, etc. I have alot of bloating, pain, and unless I keep the stool soft; have to strain with every BM. Can you help with these questions? Thanks. Laura
