I tried the Zelnorm for almost three weeks, but it stopped working on the last week. Still had the bloating, pains, constipation etc. So I didn't see the point of continuing. Plus the headaches and mood swings made me feel as though I was going through some severe PMS when I ALREADY had my period! I am trying magnesium 250 mg. and also some enzyme capsules that the nutritionist at the health food store recommended. I am also trying some of the things you recommended on the diet, plus I'm taking citrucel 3 times/day to see if that would help. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
