I am a size 8, but then again I think your sizing is different to ours as well? If you want to gain weight you shouldn't do it the unhealthy way by eating lots of fat and sugar. You should try to put on muscle by working out and eating lots of protein. That's what my boyfriend has done and he has put on 10kgs. Though I don't know what protein is like for IBS? He used to make protein shakes and buy protein bars from health food shops. Btw - what does WA stand for? I keep thinking Western Australia but obviously it's not.
