However -- I only added one thing at a time. You really need to isolate things that are helping/hurting. You'll never know which things might be the problem if you add them all at once.

I would give them at least a week before trying anything else to see how your body reacts to it. The probiotic will take 3 weeks or more before you see any real change from it (for the positive - at least according to most people). I find that it not only helps with gas & bloating -- but my general health as well.

As far as interactions and times -- that is best left to which supplement you are taking. Some probiotics need to be taken with food -- some on an empty stomach -- some it doesn't matter. Follow the directions on your label. You can always gather up all your supplements and ask your pharmacist too. Ask them if any of them will bother your prescription(s) -- and then follow up with your other questions.
