I just bought some probiotics, "primal defense" and see if that helps. I've taken them before but that brand. After reading some stuff, I see that soy can be a problem especially incorporating too much too fast. I had the "stinky gas" post too as I've had trouble with it also. I think what I'll do is what you said, Stick to the stabilizing diet of sour dough bread and pretzels etc until I can get back to normal! Thanks and I'll keep you posted!
