Re: Advice on helping appetite       01/30/06 05:49 AM Edit Reply Quote Kiwii Reged: 09/27/05 Posts: 546 Hey there ladies, I've also lost weight since this last bout w/ IBS. I went from 130 to 102. I remember how scared I was to get so close to double digits. Anyway, I stay between 102 & 105 nowadays. I also have had some trouble w/ my appetite, but have found since I got off the Zantac, I think it's improving. I have more of an appetite now! I stopped taking it in Oct. & am gradually getting it back. You may want to talk to your doctor about re-evaluating your med's. I think it might help the whole appetite situation. Until then, keep eating, even small amounts, even if you don't have the urge to eat. I think you may improve once you get stable also & that may reset your appetite to normal. Good luck!
