I actually am currently under a bit a of stress which is probably adding to my lacking an appetite (My b/f and I of 2 yrs broke up Thursday night). I'm sure that the weight is all muscle, too. I really doubt that one can lose that many lbs of fat that quickly without surgery. And as for ice cream, I hate ice cream. Soy or milk, I just think its nasty. I don't like most fattening foods. Sugar is different, though. I love sugar!
