Hoodia Update       01/28/06 12:02 PM Edit Reply Quote Saveena Reged: 11/22/04 Posts: 54 Loc: Texas I've lost 3 pounds this week! When you have about 100 to go, that is very good news. And no, I'm not exagerating. I would be happy with loosing half of that, but I know my doctor won't be happy till I am under 150. At 5'5" that is still a little on the heavy side, but not too damaging on the arthritic knee. This is close to what I look like these days: http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=23056860&context=set-178468&size=o I am hoping that a couple weeks on the Hoodia will help me out with the amount that I eat. Unless the supplement really does help me with abdominal cramps, it isn't something I want to be on for the long term. I am looking at this as a way to teach my body and brain that I don't have to constantly worry about food.
