I found it really helpful. www.womens-health.co.uk/pcos.htm I was diagnosed about 4 years ago and it came up through infertility issues. Once they started running tests to see why I wasn't falling pregnant we discovered the PCOS. It was diagnosed through bloodwork and also ultrasound scans.
