If you strain while going, that will drive your BP up by at least 5 to 10 points(mm mercury) on both the systolic and dyastolic values. When I had my stroke, I had also flooded myself with water which really drove it up.So beware drinking too much fluids and straining. If she doesn't have HBP medicine, get it!
