It hasn't really helped with the IBS. Sorry! I also tried hypnosis but the guy I went to was kinda creepy and it didn't work. I thought about accupunture but my insurance doesn't cover it, and it's $120 1st visit, then $70 after (OUCH!) so I think I'm going to order the IBS hypnosis CD's - has anyone tried those??
