After surgery gallbladder question       01/26/06 03:15 PM Edit Reply Quote Mitch Reged: 02/06/04 Posts: 170 Loc: Tucson, AZ I had my gallbladder removed on Jan 6 so I am still in recoperating stage and just have a few questions for those out there who have had it done. One did your appiette go away for awhile? Mine comes and goes and lately it has gone. Next how was your IBS during the recovery period and the adjustment to not having the gallbladder? I was able to have a soda every now and then and now can't seem to even have one without having some diarrea or gas afterwards. Last but not least the gas issue was this a problem? I know I should ask my doctor but I thought maybe I could get some answers here from those who have gone through it. I am glad I had it done because the pain was to intense and I was very tired of it. I want to thank you in advance for your answers and any help that I can get.
