I just have to say, Heather, the Sunshine bread (from your book) is SOOOOO good! I had a bunch of leftover canned yams from cooking for family over the weekend (not as good as fresh, I know, but I'm a woman on a schedule here!) I figured you'd have some recipe where I could make use of them, and I was right. This bread is amazing and my husband thinks so, too.
