Actually, they do sell it at zehrs. I used to keep it in my cupboard (Mori-Nu lite) when I was vegan. I'll pick some up for when I get my next soy inspiration--thanks. I've tried the President's Choice lowfat extra firm tofu as well & I'm okay with it if I food process it. It's pretty "tough" stuff. I think the "softer" stuff might be easier.

I tried some soy burgers and they totally agreed. I used to be totally fine with Boca burgers -- but they aren't available around here anymore. They sell all the Yves stuff
(I was thinking the other day that some "Neat-balls" might be cool with spaghetti squash & that some soy bacon or sausage might be delicious with spinach & mushrooms! They sell "Tofurky" fake-meat slices up here, too & alot of "Pete's" products. I used to love the "Pete's" soy desserts. I'm not sure on the fat content though.) I guess, if I'm fine with Boca stuff I'd probably be okay with Yves products. They used to sell these great fake tuna & fake chicken breasts (not the breaded stuff) but they don't carry that company's products anymore--it was "Mo" something or other.

So, which fake meat tastes the best? Bolgna? Turkey? Ham?
Also, re: burgers--fake beef or fake chicken?

There's a company that makes really good stir-fry fake chicken strips (fatfree, I'm sure) & also good fake chicken cutlets, but their fake beef stuff is gross. I cannot recall the name offhand.
