like said, eathier a chicken breast, or try Boca Soy burgers. They arnt that bad. your lucky, whenever im invited to a bbq, its eathier a hamburger or a hotdog, no exeptions! i find that i can handle a hotdog alittle better than a hamburger(i think its cuz the hotdog has 13grams of fat and the hamburger has 20+ grams of fat) anyway, i always go for the hotdog, and a minor stomach ache, nothing too serious, unless my stomach was already sensitive to begin with.
