10 year old son and IBS       01/14/06 09:34 PM Edit Reply Quote sixx788 Reged: 01/14/06 Posts: 1 Hi, My son has been diagnosed with IBS since he was 7 years old. His attacks are brought on almost daily from anxiety from school or anything fun. Going ice skating or to an amusement park. He has no problems in school with grades or with bullies. He gets himself upset thinking he is going to have an attack at school and then has one at home instead. Once he is at school, he is fine, but getting him there everyday is a chore. I don't know what to do. He was on Zantac for a year. It worked for a year and now it doesn't help. Same thing with IBS digestive advantage pills. They no longer work either. I don't know what to do.
