Vegetables are your friend!

This is an example of my biggest worry about this diet. It's easy to eat soluble fiber like white bread all the time and play it safe by not risking veggies. But you NEED fruits and veggies for their nutrients. That is extremely important and I think Heather makes that clear. Some, like sweet potatoes, are pure soluble fiber and you can eat them whenever and on an empty stomach (check out her soluble fiber list of foods). Others, like beans and greens, you need to eat a little more carefully- that does NOT mean don't eat them. It's very important to strive to get a lot of veggies, especially those vitamin-packed green leafies, into your diet. I think a lot of us, me included, need to do a better job of that.
