FL Within the first 3 months that I was on this diet (very strict) I dropped my cholesterol 60 points! My doc couldn't wait until I got back in her office so she could find out what I did different. I can't take any of the cholesterol meds without severe "D" as a side effect. Eat all the veggies and fruits you can stomach, cooked soft or mashed and stay away from the red meat, dairy, egg yolks, etc. that Heather recommends.
