I can read the passage either way: She was eating Ezekiel bread so often she never figured out whole grains were bothering her. OR She was eating Ezekiel bread and did fine so that means she does okay with whole grains (presumably combined with SF). I think it's irrelevant, though. If she can handle whole grains, that's great for her, but it doesn't change that fact that I can't. If she can't handle whole grains, I can relate, but it doesn't change the fact that other people can and if they can eat them, they should, both for general health and for good bowel function.
