Stress from work and being on the road all day long, I guess. I was stable for over a year and all of a sudden I started getting your symptoms again and I just ignored it until one day, I couldn't even leave my house because the "running to the Bathroom never ceased"!! It's a good thing you're recognizing it and taking control of it now. You should be okay. Just don't ignore it for a month like I did!! I just knew it would go away, but it just continued to get worse!! Now, I've been unstable for 5 months! I really should have paid more attention to my body.... I probably wouldn't be in this mess!! Eat a little safer and try to reduce your stress and you should be fine. Cut out those carbonated beverages if you're drinking them. That's what got me, I think.
