Hi everyone,

I know its been awhile since I have written so I decided it was time to update you guys. Well I am still going strong on not having any attacks. It is going on month 14 of no attacks. The only thing that was bothering me was my gallbladder and I just had that taken care of.

I had my surgery last Friday Jan 6. Still a little sore but am glad I did it. The doctor said it really needed to come out. I am hoping that helps with the side problem I have been having for quite some time. My diet is ok. I am going to start doing better once I am healed and start working out more as well. You know those holidays just help to build on the pounds.
