new member here and glad to have found this site.       01/09/06 04:32 AM Edit Reply Quote zwack Reged: 01/09/06 Posts: 2 I was diagnosed with spastic colon about 4 years ago. Intermittently I've had various attacks. In some cases, I would take metamucil which seemed to calm down the pain and other times I would take Librax prescribed to me by my physician.
