I just buy them at any drugstore. That may just be Canadian brand. Look at other brands and compare what they have in them. This brand has papain and bromelain (protein digestion), lipase (fat digestion), amylase (carbohydrate and starch digestion), lactase (dairy digestion) and cellulase (fiber digestion). If you are unsure of a brand check to see how many different types of macromolecules it digests because some don't cover all the ones I listed above.
I'm already off the cleansemore. Now I just keep it on hand for a jumpstart when things seem to stop working on their own, then I'll be good again for awhile, especially if I watch what I eat and keep taking the magnesium supplement.
